Delivery Zone

Priority shipping: mainland France. Any other destinations offered at checkout will be displayed before payment.

Delivery Times

Shipping: within 24–48 hours (working days) after payment, subject to stock availability;
Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 working days in mainland France after shipping.

These times are indicative. Public holidays, peak activity periods, or carrier incidents may extend them.

Carrier and Tracking

Colissimo, Chronopost, or equivalent, with tracking. The tracking link is sent by email upon dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Costs (or free delivery, if applicable) are calculated and displayed before payment, based on the address and the weight/volume of the basket.

Receipt

Check the package upon receipt. In case of a damaged package, make reservations with the carrier and notify bonjour@bienveto.com with photos.

Supplements and Accessories

Supplements (SERENITY, MOBILITY, FRESH BREATH) and the HYDRATA accessory can be shipped together or separately depending on stock. HYDRATA is not a food supplement.

Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw, without justification.

How to proceed: send a clear declaration to bonjour@bienveto.com with your order number. You then return the products concerned without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after notification.

Legal Refund

We will refund the sums paid, including standard delivery costs, at the latest 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may defer the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Exceptions

Article L. 221-28: no withdrawal for unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — in particular opened food supplements / complementary feeds.

HYDRATA (accessory) is not a supplement: returns are possible if it is complete, undamaged, not excessively used, and in its original condition.

Commercial Return — 30 days (unopened product)

Bienveto accepts the return of an unopened product within 30 days of receipt. Prior request required: bonjour@bienveto.com.

Commercial refund: 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the package, to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

At your expense, unless Bienveto error or non-compliant product. Keep proof of shipment.
