These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to any order placed on the Bienveto store by a consumer, primarily in France. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products
The store offers:
- food supplements for dogs (powders, gummies, bites) — complementary feeds, not medications;
- accessories, notably HYDRATA (portable water bottle), which is not a food supplement.
Bienveto supplements are complementary animal feeds. They are not medications, do not replace veterinary advice, and do not make any therapeutic claims. HYDRATA is a walking accessory, not a food supplement.
Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith. Compositions and dosages are indicated on the product sheets and labels.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The applicable VAT is that in force. Bienveto reserves the right to modify its prices; the invoiced price is that displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Supplement offer (packs): 1 piece €39 · 2 pieces €69 · 3 pieces €99. HYDRATA: €24.99. Prices for variants are displayed on the product sheet.
4. Order and Payment
The order is concluded upon payment validation on the Shopify checkout. Payment is made by the means offered at checkout (card, Shop Pay, etc.). The order is only shipped after effective payment.
5. Delivery
See the delivery policy. Shipping aimed for within 24–48 working hours. Estimated delivery time for metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days depending on the carrier (Colissimo / Chronopost or equivalent, with tracking).
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without reason. Notification: bonjour@bienveto.com indicating the order number.
Exception (Art. L. 221-28): the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, particularly opened supplements / complementary feeds.
HYDRATA (accessory) can be returned if it is complete, undamaged, and in its original condition.
7. Commercial Returns
Regardless of the legal period, Bienveto accepts the return of an unopened product within 30 days of receipt. Request: bonjour@bienveto.com.
8. Refund
Refund to the original payment method, at the latest 14 days after notification of withdrawal (legal) or within 5–10 working days for an accepted commercial return, after receipt of the package, if applicable. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except for non-compliant products or errors by Bienveto.
9. Legal Guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

11. Applicable Law
French law. In case of dispute, consumer mediation then competent courts. The consumer residing in the EU retains the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
