Right of withdrawal — 14 days
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without justification.
How to proceed: send a clear statement to bonjour@bienveto.com with your order number. You then return the products concerned without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after notification.
Legal refund
We will refund the amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest after being informed of the withdrawal. We may defer the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Exceptions
Article L. 221-28: no right of withdrawal for unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — particularly opened food supplements / complementary feeds.
HYDRATA (accessory) is not a supplement: return is possible if it is complete, undamaged, not excessively used, and in its original condition.
Commercial return — 30 days (unopened product)
Bienveto accepts the return of an unopened product within 30 days of receipt. Prior request is mandatory: bonjour@bienveto.com.
Commercial refund: 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the package, to the original payment method.
Return costs
At your expense, unless Bienveto error or non-compliant product. Keep proof of shipment.
Damaged or non-compliant product
Contact us within 48 working hours with photos: bonjour@bienveto.com. We will offer an exchange or refund depending on the case.
